4th Quarter Creations, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, performance, longevity, resale value, or subjective satisfaction of any printed or decorated product.

All products are custom-made based on Customer-approved specifications. Due to the nature of custom printing—including material limitations, production tolerances, and environmental factors—minor variations in color, placement, sizing, texture, or appearance may occur and are considered normal industry standards.

The Company guarantees only that:

• The order will be produced according to the Customer-approved proof or invoice, and

• Materials and processes used will be commercially reasonable and consistent with industry practices.

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Customer-submitted artwork or files,

• Customer-supplied garments or materials,

• Color variations between screen display and printed output,

• Wear, washing, or misuse after delivery or pickup,

• Production characteristics inherent to printing and embroidery processes.

Except as expressly stated above, no other guarantees or warranties, express or implied, are provided, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
